Karin Dode Storla – It’s been a packed and mostly joyous 50 years. Got married and had the reception where we are having the reunion. I worked at Hewlett Packard in Chicago, supporting customers and sales reps. with their computers. Then retired when our eldest was born to become a stay at home mom of, eventually, three. The most exhausting and rewarding job ever. It was about that time that we moved to Georgia. Along the way I worked as the youth director at our church and as the costumer at a local community theater.
We have now downsized and live in Acworth, GA in a 55+ neighborhood of homes. We enjoy our two grandchildren. Downsizing was a blessing. I was set free by getting rid of “stuff”. Because everything we own needs to be dusted or stored.
